My Rub is an all purpose seasoning developed by US Army Veteran Marlon Rudrow. My Rub is composed of only organic ingredients making it stand out against other spice rubs. Hamburger or Steak
Rub the steak or hamburger generously over the meat with My Rub. Preheat your grill to about 450 degrees.
For steaks, place your meat on the heated grill for one minute. After one minute, turn the meat one quarter turn. For example, from 11 o’ clock to 1 o’clock. This move is to place correctly aligned grill marks on your steak.
Once the steak reaches your desired temperature, spread a light coat of butter on the meat then serve.
3 Tablespoons My Rub
Beef Stock (4 Cups)
Beef Bullion (optional based on preference.Chose either Beef Stock or Bullion)
2 Cups carrots
3 Large Potatoes
1 lb Stew Beef
In your crock pot, place the four cups of Beef Stock, vegetables set for Six hours. Add 3 tables spoons of My Rub and stew beef. For additional flavor, and one half stick of butter. Server over your choice of noodles or mashed potatoes. That's the whole recipe. ENJOY!!
1/2 Cup of My Rub
Oregano Season to taste
Cover roast with a heavy coat of mustard. Next step is to place a heavy coat of My Rub sprinkle Oregano on top of the rub. Cover and let sit over night. Preheat smoker to 225 and add wood chips. I prefer mesquite. Smoke for about 3 hours. Check your roast frequently. As a finishing touch place a light coat of butter around the outside of your Roast.
Heat Smoker to 250. Generously coat the ribs with My Rub. Place the ribs along with wood chips (per specifications) in the smoker. I use mesquite for Beef products. Smoke for 6 hours. At hour number 3, coat the ribs with BBQ sauce for the remainder of the smoke. Then enjoy!!
Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees.
Generously cover the wings with Rudd
Rub. For ease of use, place the Rub in a
freezer bag with the chicken wings and
shake until the wings are fully covered.
Place the wings on the grill or oven and
cook for 45 minutes. Cover the wings with
the BBQ sauce of your choice.
Place the wings on grill for two
minutes/side. For oven use, place the
chicken in the broiler for 2 minutes.
Remove and serve.
Apple Wood Chips
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. Rinse the chicken.Dry then coat with vegetable oil. Generously coat the chicken with My Rub. Place apple wood chips in the smoker. Insert the open Beer can into the chicken making the chicken stand up. Cook for about 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 180.
1lb of Crab Legs
2 Table Spoons My Rub
Heat smoker to 250 degrees. Add wood chips. I use apple for this dish. Cover the Crabs legs with My Rub and place in the smoker. For extra flavor add one stick of butter in a Pyrex dish along with 1 teaspoon of My Rub. Place this in your smoker. Cooking time varies by smoker but it usually takes me about 20 minutes. A helpful hint is to add 10 minutes cooking time once the butter has melted.
4 Tablespoons My Rub
2 Tablespoons Capers
1/2 Stick of butter
Coat both sides of your Salmon generously with My Rub. Place a grill mat or plank, on your grill. Coat with butter and the capers. Cook the salmon skin side first and flip the salmon after two minutes. Cook the other side for two minutes. Sprinkle capers on the salmon to your liking.
